The Stan Bowley Trust Halloween Firewalk 2026
Face the flames this Halloween. Can you conquer the coals to fund life-saving cancer treatment?
1,200°F. No shoes. Total bravery.
This October 30th, we’re turning up the heat. We are looking for a fearless squad of fundraisers to push past their comfort zones and walk across a bed of glowing red-hot embers. It’s a test of sheer willpower, all in the name of a phenomenal cause. Are you ready to take the ultimate step?
What To Expect On The Night
You won't just be thrown onto the coals! We ensure you are completely prepared for the heat.
Expert Training
Before you step foot on the ash, you’ll undergo a dynamic, highly motivational training session led by professional firewalking experts. You'll learn the mindset secrets to safely cross the embers.
The Atmosphere
Held at the fantastic Boathouse in Rushall, expect a vibrant, supportive atmosphere with plenty of spectators, spooky Halloween vibes, and food and drink available to celebrate your achievement afterward.
The Victory
The moment your feet touch the cool grass on the other side of the coals, everything changes. The fear melts away, replaced by an absolute rush of euphoria. You didn't just look down the flames. You conquered them!
Frequently asked questions
Yes! The event is managed by fully certified, insured firewalking professionals. The human body is a poor conductor of heat, and with the proper pace and mindset taught in training, the risk is minimal. Participants must be aged 18 or over.
Absolutely! The Boathouse is a great venue. We encourage you to bring a crowd of friends and family to cheer you on (and capture the video proof!).
Casual, comfortable clothing. Crucially, you need trousers that can be easily rolled up to the knee, and footwear that is easy to slip on and off (as you'll be barefoot for the walk itself). No lotions or perfumes on your feet, please!
Registration & Fundraising
To make this event a success for the Trust, we’ve kept the entry accessible while setting a target that truly moves the needle.

Minimum Fundraising Target: £100 per participant.

Why We Walk
The Mission
The Stan Bowley Trust raises vital funds to advance and expand access to CyberKnife technology, a revolutionary, non-invasive robotic radiotherapy that targets tumours with sub-millimetre precision.
The Impact
Traditional treatments can sometimes be exhausted, but CyberKnife offers a beacon of hope, treating previously inoperable tumours and saving lives with minimal side effects. Your courage pays for their tomorrow.
